We had a wonderful stay! We were a last minute booking and Kalid was kind & very helpful. This home is sparkling clean and beautifully appointed. You can tell immediately the amount of care taken to help guests feel comfortable and at ease. The location is very family friendly being on a very safe and quiet dead end street. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach & a 5 minute walk to the Rodanthe Pier. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the Outer Banks. Thank you Kalid!

The home was very nice and exactly what the pictures communicated. We could easily watch and hear the crashing waves from the house. We had no issues that required any assistance, but I knew if we had any needs, Kalid would have quickly responded. My family included eight adults and five children, ages three to nine, and we had plenty of space. I would recommend this home to friends and family members.

We ended up having a group of ten plus 2 dogs and we all felt right at home here. So close to the beach, amazing hot tub, great views from the decks and screened porch especially, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. Thanks for the beach chairs, sand toys and wagon available for use as well. This house has everything!

We had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and inviting the home was. It had that perfect beachy charm with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and games/puzzles. Ms. Pac-Man provided healthy competition for the family!
The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the ocean and pier. The view from the top deck was amazing! We spent our mornings enjoying coffee with the sunrise and afternoons soaking in the private hot tub.
The host was responsive and provided a binder of everything we needed to know about the house and area. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples getaway, or just a relaxing retreat, this house has it all. We are heavily considering going back in peak season to enjoy the pool and all the area has to offer.

We had the best family vacation at Kalids’s home. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the walk to the beach was just a few steps, and the pier made for beautiful professional photos. It was quiet and even though there seems to be houses all around, it still felt very private and cozy. Beds slept great. We loved the big living and kitchen area, it was perfect for our family to spend time together. The fire pit was great this time of year. We could not have asked for a better place or a better host. Kalid is very responsive and goes above and beyond for his guest. We will definitely be staying here again. If I could give more stars I would.

Great location! Within walking distance to the beach. Very clean and beautiful home. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The host is very helpful and responsive. My family had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend staying in this airbnb!

The location is fantastic—close to the beach and a perfect spot to relax. The house is very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a hurricane evacuation, but the owner & property manager were excellent with communication throughout the process and kept us updated. Even though we couldn’t finish our full vacation, we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Kalid's home was a great place to share with our family. The three levels of bedrooms provided space for the three families to spread out, while the kitchen/dining area and living room was a great place to gather for meals. The fire pit and grill was nice to have. We loved the pool and hot tub, but for all of us the ocean was the highlight each day.

Excellent location in Rodanthe, steps to the beach. Plenty of room for our extended family. The place was as advertised and very clean. The pool was very nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked. We would recommend this rental.

This was perfect place to have one more big vacation before my brother and his family were stationed Korea for the next two years. I truly hope this start a traditions that will build strong relationships and happy memories for our kids.
